First brightness temperature maps
The PLRM radiometer data from the first two flights have been processed. While it was anticipated that day 2 might be a little drier than day 1, the day prior, due to warm and sunny conditions, it was also noticeably colder.
Consequently, it is no surprise that the brightness temperatures from these two days look very similar.
