SMAPEx-4 - Day 1 Training

SMAPEx-4 is now officially on the way. Jeff and Tom gave their opening speeches and all participants are there. Most of today will be spent on logistical and safety briefings in the morning and a hands-on soil moisture training in the afternoon. It's a pitch-perfect, blue sky at the moment, the right weather to get going.
